Overexposed Zhirinovsky

Much as I like keeping up with the state of affairs in Russia, I think we've seen enough of Vladimir Zhirinovsky in his underwear ((CHRONICLES, Feb. 28)). I realize TIME is trying to portray him as a buffoon, but he is a threat to world peace and should be treated more seriously.
