One of the hottest accoutrements among the White House press corps is a little black-and-white sticker that reads,

HE'S RUNNING A FEW MINUTES LATE. The "he" is none other than President Clinton, who is perpetually and notoriously behind schedule. Above, White House communications director George Stephanopoulos models a sticker. Moments after the camera clicked, Stephanopoulos remembered his political instincts and, with a laugh, pulled the sticker off.
