RECUPERATING. Debra Winger, 29, spirited screen star and belle of Nebraska Governor Robert Kerrey; after a January hiking accident near her New Mexico home injured her back and landed her in traction; in Lincoln at the Governor's mansion. The couple met in Lincoln during the filming of Terms of Endearment in 1983.
