Fair Deal trustbusters, who have sued to force Pierre, Irenee and Lammot du Pont to give up their control of General Motors, last week asked Chicago's federal court to lengthen the list of defendants. The Government wanted to cite 183 additional members of the Du Pont family in the alleged antitrust conspiracy dating back to 1914. In Wilmington, Del., Lammot du Pont, noting that 96 of the defendants are under 21 years of age and 61 of them under 14, cited, as the prize new defendant, Irenee's granddaughter, Alletta du Pont Bredin, "a hardened conspirator of eight months, born last July, two years after the suit was filed."
