P: Passed a bill to improve Lincoln National Reservation (Kentucky).

P: Debated and passed a $352,000,000 Navy Department appropriation bill.

P: Debated and passed sundry Indian bills.

P: Passed a bill creating an $8,000,000 system of 125 bird sanctuaries throughout the land.
