Bigger Feet

Famed and strapping Feng Yu-hsiang, the Chinese Minister of War, has large, useful feet.

Recently he has begun a campaign to outlaw the "fashionable" custom of binding Chinagirls' feet, which renders them tiny, modish, and incidentally useless. Despatches from Honan, Shensi and Kansu, last week, indicated that many a female foot was being painfully unbound.
