New Hall
In Philadelphia last week, Pianist Joseph Hofmann dedicated a new hall for the Curtis Institute of Music. Mrs. Edward W. Bok gave the money for the building, established besides an endowment fund of $12,500,000. Hidden from sight in the gray and white auditorium is a $50,000 pipe-organ given by Cyrus Hermann Kotzschmar Curtis, father of Mrs. Bok.
The hall was named Casimir for Pianist Hofmann's father.
