Human Hair
A. Breslauer, Inc., Manhattan dealers in human hair, insisted last week that it be not taxed for its good will; made the following plaint to the New York State Tax Commission: "The business has no good will of any value. The business conducted by the corporation is that of dealing in human hair goods. Since the fashion of bobbing hair came in, the business of dealing in hair has shrunk considerably and has destroyed the good will which any business of this nature may have had in prior years."
