The Senate--

P: Affirmed the right of Gerald P. Nye to be a Senator as appointed by the Governor of North Dakota, by vote of 41 to 39.

P: Debated the World Court at length.

P: Confirmed the appointment of Richard V. Taylor to be a member of the Interstate Commerce Commission.

The House--

P: Passed the Interior Department Appropriation Bill carrying $234,000,000 for 1926-27. (Bill went to the Senate.)

P: Accepted the resignation of Representative John W. Langley of Kentucky.

P:Debated at length and finally passed the debt-funding agreement of the U. S. with Italy, by a vote of 257 to 133. (Bill went to the Senate.)

P: Approved the debt-funding agreements with Belgium, Czechoslovakia, Roumania, Esthonia and Latvia. (All went to the Senate.)
