Resolutions
The American Branch of the Inter- national Law Association considered the Experts' reparations plan, passed resolutions which were forwarded to Colonel James A. Logan, U. S. unofficial representative at the present reparations conversations in Paris. Kernel of these resolutions was the advocacy of immediate payment of U. S. claims against Germany (as soon as deter- mined by the commission at Washington) by the issuance of U. S. bonds based on long-term German obligations.
