Denounced

From the Iberian Peninsula came another growling voice which paid no compliments to Dictator Primo de Rivera.

Ex-Premier Antonio Mauro declared that the Spanish Government is in the hands of a "notorious military officers' committee" which controls the Directory headed by Primo. He said that the present regime has done nothing to restore normal conditions in Spain or to favor the restoration of an elected government.
