Jaundice

Mile. Emilienne Vlasto, slim demoiselle from Marseilles, beat Alme. Vaussard 6-2, 6-3 and won the Ladies' Single Championship of France.

Mile. Suzanne Lenglen, who was champion until she was ousted by Mile. Vlasto, was prevented from defending her title by what was called a slight attack of jaundice.
