Yellow Book

The French Government issued a Yellow Book (official Government publication) giving the history of France's effort to obtain security against her neighbor, Germany.

The significance of the appearance of the Yellow Book at the present time is profound. It is undoubtedly designed to influence the reparation settlement and the coming meeting between Premiers Poincare and MacDonald. The press in England, for example, has hailed it as putting a new complexion on France's Ruhr occupation.
