Rumanian Accord?

Dr. Ignaz Seipel, Austrian Chancellor, Herr Grueberger, Foreign Minister, and Herr Schueller, Foreign Office Departmental Chief, left Vienna for Bucharest, capital of Rumania, where they expected to sign a politico-economic treaty.

Before the War the two countries were very friendly and the new accord is counted of great importance in Central European affairs.
