New Senator

Franc,ois Coty, perfume manufacturer, fabulously rich, was elected to the Senate by a narrow majority of six votes. He is Senator for Corsica, island birthplace of Napoleon, south of France. M. Coty is head of the house of Coty, Parisian perfumers, whose exquisite products under alluring names are known to the world and his wife--particularly his wife. Among M.
