Naval Agreement

The French Government introduced a bill into the Chamber asking that power be given to the President of the Republic " to ratify and have executed, if need be, the treaty signed at Washington, February 6, 1922, between France, the United States of America, the British Empire, Italy and Japan, relative to the protection upon the seas in war times of the lives of neutrals and non-combatants and the use of asphyxiating gases in war."
