"The Woman Voter"

A new weekly newspaper, The Woman Voter, run by women for women, began publication in Clarksville, Miss. Miss Minnie Brewer, daughter of former Governor Brewer of Mississippi, is the editor-in-chief. Declared Miss Brewer: " I expect the paper to fire the zeal of women to demand a higher order of things."
